the accidental blogger
Many of you already know her as “roomie.” Well, she’s finally started blogging. Two of her professors have given blogging assignments; one even specified WordPress. So late one evening (don’t these things always seem to start late in the evening?), we sat down to set up the blog. Good thing she started after the WordPress redesign so that she wouldn’t have to learn and immediately relearn. Anyway, you might see some familiar images over there as she begins with a series on color. Pop over and say hello
Oh, and she also takes photos of mischievous cats. Minou and Emmaline are getting along better, though there are plenty of moments like these:

Nice action shots Roomie… I must confess that their actions mirror my emotions sometimes. lol, some days I just want throw a hissy fit, arms flailing!
As the mother of two boys, I can relate to these pictures! lol When they were younger, I saw plenty of this.
Ah…sibling rivalry!
I’ve stopped by Roomie’s blog to say hello. She also now a Lawn Lounger! xx
I still can’t get over how long their whiskers are!
Natalie, somehow, I just can’t imagine you in a hissy fit. But I’ll take your word for it
.
Marilyn, you’re so right - they behave more and more like sibling rivalry!
.
Thanks, Flighty (and Natalie) for visiting bh. She was nervous about going “public”. And as for whisker lengths - yes, aren’t they ridiculously long?
What great shots! The second one looks like one of the kitties is being sworn in by the other. Did Minou win the presidential election when I wasn’t looking?
Hey, SIBLINGS WILL RIVAL NOW AND THEN. Great shots!
The word, “rascals”, comes to mind
Nice that they have each other to bat around ~ all in good fun! Great photos!
I especially love that second shot. Looks so much like a mirror.
I’ll go say hey!
Ginni, Emmaline is getting a thrashing - she’s holding her paw up in self defense!
.
Mary, I’m just glad to see that neither has drawn blood.
.
Yes, Glo, definitely rascals, esp when they run round like bandits. I have caught Emmaline cleaning Minou’s forehead. He puts up with it but only for a short time.
.
Lisa, you’re right! I hadn’t seen it, but it is rather mirror like.
They look like they’re playing that game when little girls clap hands together and sing - is there a name for it? None of the secretaries can think of it…Patacake patacake baker’s man/bake me a cake as fast as you can…
Yes, I know those games, Liv - played them a lot as a kid. There was Concentration and a heap of others. There are some jump rope chants here, too.
Those are some feisty shots! You can hear the screech…LOL! Roomie’s blog is wonderful! I left her a comment. I hope she will enjoy blogging. ((HUGS))
Tracy, amazingly it never quite escalates to screeches, but there is a lot of funny back-of-throat noises. And thanks for visiting roomie. I think she’s already addicted to blogging
That is quite the boxing match. They look like my kids. Okay, the don’t really look like my kids, but they have similar actions as my kids when they are goofing around.
